Delivery Policy

Just Cooking ships all purchases using Australia Post.

Orders are processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for weekends and public holidays.

We offer 2 types of postage

Unfortunately parcels cannot be tracked, we do not take responsibility for delays or lost items once your delivery has been dispatched.

Recommended, Express has a basic level of tracking that will enable us to locate delayed parcels. We are willing to accommodate alternate shipping please contact us directly.

• Delivery charges will be calculated during check out when you select your preferred postal option.
• Delivery within Australia will take approximately 3-10 working days, subject to stock availability.
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct and complete for delivery by Australia Post. Any items returned to Just Cooking will incur additional delivery charges and a $10 administration fee.

International deliveries will take approximately 7-14 working days subject to stock availability and local delivery conditions.

Customers outside Australia are advised that they are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred by their own countries. Please note that all international shipment is Registered Post only and delivery is calculated during check out.
