1. Unfulfilled Orders

In we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you as to when the order will be fulfilled and offer you the option of waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with a similar product or receiving a refund.

2. Returns

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your purchase. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of the order being placed. Items that are returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and unused, Just Cooking reserve the right to refuse any returned item. Delivery charges are non refundable and any additional delivery charges incurred by the buyer must be accepted by the buyer.

For goods that arrive damaged or faulty we will replace or refund your money upon return and inspection of the item. Please call +61 3 98169859 within 7 days to arrange return.
